Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

There is no restocking fee.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
