Delivery time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing times may vary during high order volumes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

For orders outside of Switzerland, delivery times may be longer, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Free shipping for orders over 60 CHF.
8.50 CHF for standard shipping.

International
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on the country. For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are typically paid by the recipient.
